Cool site: NY Times Lens Blog
I love taking pictures, just check out my flickr page. The one place I love to sit down and browse over every week is the New York Times Lens blog.
It generally features photos of the day from various news happenings from around the world. I am usually completely transfixed by the amazing imagery and at their implications. A large percentage of these photographs are from the world’s trouble spots and it is humbling to see how difficult and dramatic the world can be.

Re-posted the Lens recommendation with your copy in quotes and shout out to you on my FB page this morning.
I got to your site, because I typed “using wordpress” into google search and found myself on “rubiqube.com/10-great-website-designs-using-wordpress-as-cms”
I’m a print-bound graphic designer. Actually also just rebooted my fine art career after a 40 year hiatus. Here’s some of the assemblages I do: http://bit.ly/9rWi0Y.
I have designed websites (ha- in Quark) and let others do the programming. I’m definitely code-phoebic, but nonetheless feel like I’ve got to overcome my fears and probably limited abilities and tackle this web building thing head-on. So I thought, why don’t I start by re-doing my own site in WordPress. I also made a trade with a copywriter friend and said I would trade a website for copywritting, so I may experiment with her likely simpler site first. Either way, if you have any advice other than “you’re in for a world of pain”, I’d be interested.
